If you change your mind or the product is the wrong size...

If, when your product arrives, you don’t love it you can return the product and receive a store credit through our website. Just download and fill out our returns form (or you can always use the one included with your order).

Please note:

• You have 14 days to return your items if you change your mind for any reason or if you need to exchange sizes.
• Our returns timeframe is up to 14 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
• Any change of mind or sizing returns will be returned at your cost.
• All returns must meet all of the conditions below:
• Must be unworn
• Must be clean and free of odour
• All tags must still be attached
• The value of your store credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.
• Your store credit will not have an expiry date.
• Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be in stock at the time of processing your return. If your item is out of stock, we will process a store credit for you to use at your discretion.
